okay so my last donation post isn’t receiving a lot of attention anymore so… i’m going to remake it. 

hi there, i’m riley, a trans man who’s been trapped in an abusive household for pretty much my entire life. though i’m an adult now, my mother’s lack of care, isolation, and blatant abuse has essentially left me without any real life skills or confidence… and a severely wreked mental state. i suffer from intense anxiety and depression which, in turn, has birthed a number of physical problems that can, at times, leave me bedridden for days. i do not know how to cook, nor does my mother prepare food for me often, so i am extremely malnourished and weak in general. nor does she provide me with any other neccessities… outside of a roof over my head, but i’m not exactly thankful for that since she continues to neglect and ignore my basic needs. and whenever i’ve tried to stand up to her in the past, it would usually result in her screaming at me or even threatening to kill herself to guilt-trip me into shutting my mouth, basically. needless to say, it is incredibly difficult for me to ask anything of anyone as it’s been engraved into my brain that i’m just a nuisance and i’m undeserving of help.

nevertheless, i am working hard to try and better myself since i genuinely want to have a future now. it’s just with my current situation, taking care of myself - both mentally and physically - is no easy feat, borderline impossible even. so the only way i can possibly get better is by leaving this hellish house, since it’s the main cause of my distress… my boyfriend and i are planning to move out together some time next year, but i honestly don’t know if i’ll be able to wait for that long as i can see myself reaching my breaking point very, very soon. as such, to speed up the process, i ask that you spare us some money so we can move out sooner. even a cent would make a huge difference… if not, then i urge you to boost this at the very least.
